1. About MD CIV AUTO TRADING Limited

This website, mdcivauto.com, is operated by MD CIV AUTO TRADING Limited, a Hong Kong incorporated company. Our registered office is Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. We provide vehicle sales, automotive parts, international sourcing and business intermediation services for customers in Côte d'Ivoire and other markets.

2. Products and services

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, mileage, condition, availability and pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated when new information becomes available. High-value vehicle transactions and sourcing services may also be governed by a quotation, proforma invoice, sales agreement, auction instruction or other written confirmation issued before payment.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices may be displayed in FCFA, USD or another stated currency. Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs charges, registration fees, local taxes, insurance, port charges and third-party logistics fees are not included in the displayed price.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order or payment request does not by itself guarantee final acceptance. We may contact the customer to confirm stock, vehicle availability, specifications, delivery arrangements, compliance information or identity details before accepting a transaction.

5. Payments

Payments must be made through the payment methods made available at checkout or on an official invoice. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not ask customers to disclose full card credentials by email or WhatsApp.

6. Vehicle sales

Vehicle condition, inspection status, accident or repair history, mileage, title/export status and included accessories will be disclosed based on the information available to us or supplied by the seller, auction house or inspection provider. Customers should review the final sales documents before payment. Estimated shipping or arrival dates are not guaranteed where delays are caused by carriers, ports, customs, authorities or other third parties.

7. Sourcing and intermediation

For supplier sourcing, auction participation and business intermediation, our service fee covers the work described in the relevant service page, quotation or invoice. Once supplier engagement, auction work, procurement or another specifically commissioned service has begun, any cancellation or refund will be handled under the written terms disclosed for that transaction and our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping and compliance information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that a requested vehicle, part or product can legally be imported, registered, used or resold in the destination country.

9. Intellectual property

The MD CIV Trading name, website design, original text, graphics and other original website materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party trademarks and vehicle manufacturer names remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation and force majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MD CIV AUTO TRADING Limited is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, port congestion, government restrictions, supplier delays or force majeure events.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of a transaction applies unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
